About The Zrike Company

The Zrike Company, Inc. is known from coast to coast for the quality and variety of its dinnerware, glassware, and flatware designs. The Company was founded by Raymond W. Zrike, Sr. in 1983 to import what were then little known European brands of tableware and giftware to the United States as well as to develop new lines specifically designed for the U.S. market. Mr. Zrike was uniquely qualified to launch the business after a long and successful career in the tabletop market. In the industry since 1946, Mr. Zrike had been the US President of major global tabletop companies (Royal Worcester, Kosta Boda and Georg Jensen) before starting his own business.

Joined by his two sons, Raymond Jr. and David, the trio of entrepreneurs soon grew The Zrike Company into one of the top tabletop and giftware resources in the United States. Extensive travel throughout Europe, the Far East and Latin America identified ceramic and glassware factories, which had the capability of meeting The Zrike Company's design and quality standards. The majority of the Company's current products are exclusive lines, manufactured to its exacting specifications by a handful of top factories. Today Raymond Sr. is Chairman of the Company while David is President.
