Where are your products sold?
Our products are sold in fine specialty stores, gift stores and certain department stores throughout the U. S. Please visit our store locator clicking here to find a store near you or email us for further information.

How do I find a store outside the U.S.?
Our products are sold in stores in Canada and the Caribbean. Please email us at info@zrike.com for more information.

Where can I buy replacement pieces for my pattern?
We recommend Replacements Unlimited (on the web: www.replacements.com) or eBay (on the web at www.ebay.com).

How can I find out if the item I want is in stock?
Check our store locator by clicking here for a store near you that carries our products. We do not sell directly to consumers.

How long will a pattern be available?
We have no set time frame for any product or pattern. Availability depends on market demand and conditions.

Are your products dishwasher safe?
Our dinnerware and accessory pieces and our flatware are dishwasher-safe. We recommend stacking them carefully so that they will not touch during the washing and rinsing cycles. Our hand-painted glassware must be hand washed.

Are your products microwave safe?
Our dinnerware and accessory pieces can be safely warmed in the microwave. Our bakeware can be safely baked in either the microwave or regular oven.

Are your products freezer safe?
We don't suggest it, unless labeling specifically states it is safe. Some collections are so check the labels.

How long can I expect my product to last under normal use?
We warranty our products against defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of six months after purchase. We limit it to six months because any defects, which are rare, will become apparent within that time frame. With proper care your product will become a family heirloom.
